The team at Quantum is available to 24/7 when you need to talk with us. We will talk with you about your situations and explore resources which may assist you.  Once you speak with our team you can schedule a phone, in person, or Skype appointment and counselors will start the process by listening to your concerns. Let us help you with assessing the situation and provided options for  developing an action/solution plan best suited to your needs.

 

Our toll free number for Employee Assistance Program services is 877-747-1200. The intake team which schedules appointments and coordinates services is available Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

 

If Quantum is associated with your medical insurance plan and you need authorization for treatment call our Quantum Review and Quantum Net team at 888-214-4001.



Payment:

 

Speak with our team member to discuss the type of program offered to you by your employer.  Sessions for EAP services are paid by your employer.  All services provided outside the realm of EAP would be through your medical insurance plan, cash, check and all major credit cards  for payment.



Cancellation Policy:

 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be considered a no-show, please discuss this situation with our intake team.
